As the year begins to unfold, many of us feel the pull to move forward quickly, set intentions, and make changes. This evening offers something different.
Honouring Your True North is a grounding and intentional gathering designed to help you pause, reconnect, and align with what truly guides you before the year gains momentum.
Through guided meditation and sound, this experience gently moves you out of the mind and into the body, allowing insight and alignment to arise naturally rather than be forced. This is not about resolutions or fixing yourself. It is about remembering what matters and honouring the path you are already walking.
Whether you are new to this work or have been journeying within for years, this evening will meet you exactly where you are.
What to expect
