This reflective practice training by Skills Management Australia is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to engage in reflective practice on a regular basis.

• Self-Analysis – Support participants in recognising their current attitudes towards reflective practice and how to implement it.
• The Significance and Advantages of Reflective Practice – Pinpointing areas where reflective practice can enhance our existing work methods and maximise its effectiveness for successful outcomes.
• Individual SWOT Assessment – Employing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as a means for personal introspection and aiding participants in laying the groundwork for self-reflection.
• Dual Elements of Workplace Reflective Practice – Examining ‘Reflection-in-action’ and ‘Reflection-on-action’ that reinforces comprehension of this reflective practice methodology.
• Prior to Reflection – Emphasising the prerequisites that must be met before engaging in reflection.
• Upholding Objectivity – Grasping the significance of maintaining objectivity during reflective sessions.
