WSHFC Home Loan Programs Training- March 6th and 7th, 2025

Notice: Until further notice, all of our Commission Home Loan Programs & Homebuyer Education Instructor Trainings will be held virtually over Zoom. Classes will be split into 2 days, with the Home Loan Programs Training from 8:30 AM to Noon the first day and the Homebuyer Education Instructor Training from 9:00 AM to Noon the second day.
Note: Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes after the start of the class will not be accepted and will need to reschedule to the next available class.

March 6th session, 8:30 am to 12:00 noon: Commission Home Loan Programs Training Required for ALL trainees. This training provides an overview of the Commission's Home Loan programs and Downpayment Assistance programs.

March 7th session, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon: Homebuyer Education Instructor Training Required for anyone who wishes to teach Commission-sponsored Homebuyer Education seminars.
