This reflective practice with Amy Renae honors the Waning Gibbous invitation to slow down, look inward, and integrate what the Full Moon illuminated. The striving is over for now. What remains is the gentle, honest work of noticing what served you, what didn't, and where small, compassionate adjustments can create greater ease.
Amy's therapeutic, heart-centered approach is perfectly suited to this phase. The Moon Phase: Reflection & Adjustment (Days 15–21)
After the Full Moon, the Waning Gibbous brings a softer, reflective light. This Reflection & Adjustment phase encourages honest review and gentle course-correction. Classes focus on slower, introspective movement, journaling paired with breathwork, and mindful practices that help you integrate lessons and make thoughtful adjustments with ease.
