This one-hour workshop focuses on strengthening your foundation from the ground up. Guided by instructor Carolyn, alongside guest co-instructor Melissa, we’ll explore Awkward, Standing Head to Knee, and Standing Bow by breaking them down and rebuilding them with intention.
Through the process of refining each pose, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of pelvic and leg engagement—empowering more stable, sustainable, and confident standing postures that support you both on and off the mat.
Guest co-instructor Melissa Jacobson brings a deep background in ballet and movement education to this workshop, offering refined insight into alignment, strength, and sustainable standing postures. Her approach emphasizes intentional movement and embodied support, helping students explore familiar poses with greater clarity and confidence.
