Spring training is here! Registration for SOAR Sports Performance Spring Training is officially OPEN!Our spring session begins the week of March 2, with flexible options to train for 6–12 weeks. Athletes are welcome to train through spring break or take the week off — we’ll still make sure they complete all scheduled sessions. Athletes may also start later than March 2 if needed.
Spring Training Options
SOAR Foundations (Middle & High School Athletes)
Our foundational strength, speed, and movement program focused on building confident, resilient athletes across all sports.
🕓 Offered daily from 4:00–5:15 PM (choose the best 2–3 days per week)
SOAR+ (Advanced Athletes)
Higher-intensity and sport-specific training for experienced athletes ready to elevate strength, power, and performance.
🕓 Offered on the same days and times as SOAR Foundations
⚡ In-Season Athlete Tune-Ups
Perfect for athletes currently competing, these options help maintain strength, reduce injury risk, and support performance — without overwhelming busy schedules.
Flexible options include:
• Online training access (train from home)
• Hybrid training (online + in-person)
• Weekend sessions for in-season athletes (based on interest)

Maintaining strength during competition seasons has been shown to improve performance and reduce injury risk — helping athletes stay healthy, confident, and competitive.

Adult Peak Performance
Strength and conditioning designed for busy adults who want to feel strong, energized, and capable for everyday life.
🕕 Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 6:00–7:00 AM

Power Hour for Moms
A fun and effective strength training hour focused on building strength, reducing stress, and supporting long-term health.
🕣 Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:30–9:30 AM
Active Learning: Homeschool Workout
Movement-based fitness designed to help homeschool students build strength, coordination, and confidence.
🕗 Monday & Wednesday | 8:00–9:00 AM

We also offer SOAR Foundations Edge and SOAR+ Edge month-to-month programs for families wanting maximum scheduling flexibility.
