REDLIGHT is a yoga–dance fusion designed to awaken sensuality, power, and freedom of expression. In this women-only workshop, the darkened room glows red, the music is loud and irresistible. This is a celebration of the divine feminine. Through a blend of fluid yoga-inspired flows, intuitive dance, and playful choreography, you’ll explore movement that connects body, mind, and spirit.
Come unleash your inner goddess, recharge your confidence, and have fun dancing in a supportive community of women.
REDLIGHT will be offered once a month during the Fall/Winter seasons.
