Redding's Resonance Rising: A World Frequency Day Celebration

On Wednesday, November 11, people around the world pause to honor the power of sound and vibration to support our well-being and bring us together. This year, hum opens its doors for a day of sound, rest, and connection, a chance to slow down, listen inward, and feel what it means to be tuned in together.
Come for one offering, stay for a few, or follow the frequency all day. **Note some sessions require registration, be sure to secure your spot for those you plan to attend**
6:00 AM · Sunrise Sound Meditation
$20 or use your class pass
Begin the day in stillness. Let soft sound settle the body before the world wakes up. Our typical Wednesday 45 min session
8:00 AM · Rise & Resonate
$20 or use your class pass
A gentle morning practice to wake up the body and greet the day with presence. A second 45 min session for the day, in honor of 11/11 celebrations
10:00 AM–12:00 PM · The Global Pause Gathering

Wander in anytime. Linger, ask questions, and experience sound for yourself.
-Conversations on sound and healing. Join local practitioners as they share their healing arts and the ways they work with sound.
-Try an inHarmony session. Feel sound's vibration move through your body in a 10-minute session.
-The Hum of Us. Create with Dana of Craft Addict Studio on a community art piece. Choose one word, color, feeling, or intention that speaks to you, and add it to a shared banner. Each person leaves a small piece of themselves behind, and together we become the hum of all of us. The finished piece will hang in hum's community room.
4:30–6:00 PM · Golden Hour Sound Bath
A special ticketed event · $45 · Limited to 10 participants
As the sun lowers, close the day in deep rest. Golden Hour is an intimate, fully held sound bath created especially for this day, with extra care and a few surprises. Ten guests plus your guide: eleven of us in the room on 11/11.

Tuned in Together: World Frequency Day reminds us that sound doesn't stay in one place. A single tone moves outward, touching everything in its path. When we tune in together, even for a moment, that resonance ripples beyond the room, into our bodies, our relationships, our community, and out into the world.
