The Redding Fire Department is looking to grow our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), as we strive to enhance our preparedness and resilience in times of disaster. CERT volunteers play a crucial role in supporting emergency response efforts, assisting during disasters, and fostering a culture of safety within our community. By joining CERT, you will receive valuable training that equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to help in emergencies, including first-aid, fire safety, search and rescue, and more.
We invite you to attend our upcoming informational meeting in Redding City Hall's Community Room, located at 777 Cypress Ave, on March 28th from 4-5 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the program, meet fellow community members, and discover how you can contribute to a safer Redding.
