Red, White, & Lift
About this Event
This event will have a total of three workouts. You do NOT need to stay for the whole event. If you just want to participate for one or two events, show face and grab some yummy products, or hang out- I am here for it!!
Event 1) 1 rep max deadlift. (Winner: all participants will be entered into a raffle)
You'll have two warm-up attempts and two working attempts. I suggest getting to the venue early if you would like to warm up more.
Belts/chalk are allowed, but straps are NOT.
2) "1776" Metcon: 3 rounds for time - 12 minute time cap (Winner: 1 female and 1 male with the fastest time)
17 air squats
10 toes to bar
7 wide grip strict pull ups
6 burpees
100 m run
3) Surprise Finisher! (Winner: This will be a point system)1 female & 1 male with the most points.
(Hint: Expect a battle against the clock and the bar.)
