✨ 🌝 About the Delray Women's Full Moon Circle 🌝 ✨
You're invited to join an intentional space for monthly reflection, release, and manifestation among other amazing women.
Women have gathered in ceremonious circles based on the cycles of the moon and their own menstruation throughout history. These circles have been a ritual to connect with the natural world, each other, and celebrate the feminine in a safe and welcoming space. Before moving to Delray Beach a few months ago, Jennifer led and participated in moon circles in a continuously growing community of dozens of women for nearly half a decade. Bringing her knowledge in yoga, meditation, holistic wellness, and slow feminine energy, she felt a deep calling to bring her favorite monthly outing to her new home.

✨ What to bring ✨
Comfy clothes, yoga mat, water, and a sweater or blanket if it's cold (optional: journal, pen, and crystals or other sentimental items for the alter. We have additonal yoga mats if needed.

*Note: This circle is for women only to keep tradition and provide a safe, feminine space. However, men are invited to Jennifer's other events, including slow, intentional vinyasa classes offered at Bamboo Garden.
About Jennifer Jacob (Kaplan):
She is a 500-hour Yoga Insructor since 2018 who trained in India and Tel Aviv, with specialities in Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha. She's also a 500-hour BASI Comprehensive Pilates Instructor in training, Certified Holistic Health Coach through IIN, and Content Strategist for tech and startup companies for over 10 years. She's been leading moon circles for many moons on the other side of the equater, and she's beyond heart-felt to bring this tradition to her natury neighbor yoga studio in Delray.
