About this Event

Hello beautiful souls!

We welcome you to help us co-create a meaningful, intimate workshop that honors the natural cycles of your body and celebrates the power of your menstrual cycle. These workshops are intended to be a safe and sacred space for the feminine experience, where we can share, learn from, and support each other.

What to Expect:

During our time together, we'll nourish body, mind, spirit, and womb.

Opening with a cacao ceremony, sourced from Colombia, to ground us and set intention. We'll move through guided meditation, gentle yoga and dance, and a song circle to integrate the experience.

Community Q&A is the heartbeat of these offerings. We'll use an interactive game from our Flow and Tell card deck to initiate dialogue about this workshop's theme:

The Luteal Phase; aka the pre-menstruum; aka Inner Autumn.

We want to unpack the scientific and spiritual aspects of PMS, PMDD, etc. We'll explore befriending the symptoms, getting curious about what our body is telling us, and how the feelings that come up during this time can be our allies. We know there's wisdom and medicine in the rage.

We'll have nutritional, cycle-syncing handouts as well as reusable hygiene products. Our hope, is that this time together and these resources will leave you feeling empowered, informed, and connected to a deeper sense of self and community.
