Step into a sacred, candle-lit temple space where the wisdom of the womb and the devotion of Mary Magdalene meet in movement, breath, and sisterhood.
This month’s Red Tent invites you into The Womb of the Rose — a mystical Magdalene-inspired journey of remembrance, embodiment, and feminine power.
Together we will slow down, breathe deeply, and awaken the ancient intelligence held in our wombs.
🌹 What We’ll Explore
✨ Rose-anointing ritual to open the temple
✨ Womb Breath & Magdalene Serpent Activation
✨ The Womb Bowl — grounding, humming, pelvic awakening
✨ Magdalene Mirror — partner witnessing + embodied devotion
✨ A full Ecstatic Dance Wave from womb-rooted earthiness to wild feminine release to heart-centered devotion
✨ Closing womb circle + soft sharing
This is a space for:
• Women reclaiming their power
• Sacred feminine embodiment
• Healing, softness, and release
• Community + deep connection
• Sensuality, spirituality, and movement
No dance experience needed — just a willing heart and an open womb-space.

Join us for a special once monthly women only circle. We will create a safe nurturing space together to soften, breathe, share, receive, create beauty and come into our senses and our bodies. We are exploring “pleasure in movement and self care” …Dress for comfort and to express yourself. 🎶💋💃🏻
We will arrive and relax at 6:30pm. Sip cacao or tea, and be guided into a meditation and gentle embodiment practices that flow with this months theme.
At 7:00pm we open our circle with a co creative flower mandala in the center of our dance space. We will then share vocally our names, intention, and something we’ve been processing or working thru or towards in our life as women at different stages of life. (All ages) This will be structured with time so we can balance our energy and also learn about each other…. What connects us, how we navigate, what makes us feel nurtured.
The dance will begin at 7:25pm with a soft wave of music inspired to help you relax, feel feelings, open energy and come into your body as sensual, receptive and fluid…. As well as strong, creative and healing.
We’ll end at 8:45pm with a closing ritual and harvesting from our dance what we learned, explored, and want to take into the evening with us.
This dance is just 4 days after a full moon…. And a great way to celebrate and release energy that full
Moons amplify.
