Settling the LightWomen-Only Red Tent – Post-Full Moon Eclipse Ecstatic Dance

After the brilliance of the Full Moon and the intensity of the eclipse, we gather in a sacred women-only circle to settle the light, ground our bodies, and integrate what has shifted. The Red Tent is a safe and supportive container for women to share, reflect, move, and connect, honoring the rhythms of our bodies, hearts, and spirits.
This evening is a gentle yet powerful ecstatic dance, guiding us to release tension, embody insight, and allow the nervous system to integrate lunar and eclipse energy. Together, we create a collective field of presence, support, and feminine wisdom.
Bring a flower or small offering to contribute to our collective altar, symbolizing what you are releasing, honoring, or calling forth. If you can, wear red to celebrate sisterhood and solidarity.
$25 includes a warm cup of cacao or tea to sip as we slow down, connect, and nourish ourselves from the inside out.
