This FREE offering from Misha at Cypress Pillar Healing Arts is a supportive community circle for women navigating perimenopause and menopause—a space for connection, learning, and shared wisdom.
Many women entering this phase of life discover that modern Western medicine offers few answers to the question: “What the heck is going on with my body?!” The physical, emotional, and energetic changes of this transition are often misunderstood, under-explained, or dismissed—leaving women feeling confused, isolated, or unsupported.
Crone Club was created to change that.
In this nurturing and empowering circle, Misha offers guidance, education, and practical tools to help women move through this pivotal transition with greater ease, grace, and self-trust. Drawing from holistic and traditional perspectives, participants will gain a clearer understanding of what is happening in their bodies and explore ways to support themselves naturally.
In Chinese Medicine, this stage of life is known as “the Second Spring”—a powerful shift from outward, reproductive energy to an inward phase of wisdom, creativity, intuition, and self-nourishment. Crone Club honors this transition as a meaningful and positive transformation rather than something to be “fixed.”
Each gathering will include:

* Simple practices and techniques to nourish the body, mind, and spirit
* Time for questions and practical discussion
* A safe, supportive sharing circle (sharing is always optional)
* Community with other women who truly understand what you’re experiencing
