Nature's Trade Recycling owner Anthony Peer will be the presenter for our next Star City Sustainability Series at CVC Headquarters in Heights Community Church. The program will be in the Welcome Center.
As Anthony explains it...
"Recycling responsibly presents unique challenges, but it’s a mission worth pursuing. Discover how Nature’s Trade Recycling began, the obstacles we have overcome, and our strategies for sustainable expansion while staying committed to 'Recycling Right.'"
This also will be a recycling collection event for broken and unwanted holiday items. See list below.
• Christmas Lights: Any broken or unwanted Christmas lights can be brought as-is to the event. We will check the lights at the event to determine if they will be recycled or donated!
• Cardboard: Flatten and stack any cardboard to save space. Please remove any packaging materials from inside the boxes before flattening.
• Wrapping Paper: Bag up your paper! If you have a large amount, please bag it separately from other recyclables.
• Plastic Films: Bag up your plastic film! If you have a large amount, please bag it separately from other recyclables.
• Batteries: Alkaline batteries can be brought loose or in a small bag or container. Lithium batteries of any size MUST be bagged individually in plastic bags.
