About this Event

Recovery Meditation is a weekly, free, group meditation class for beginnners (and everyone!). We focus on basic techniques in a variety of styles, including breathwork, chanting, and light movement in order to soothe our nervous systems and elevate our ability to focus and concentrate.

All ages, body types, and experience levels are welcome!
