Come along and join the fun at this jam-packed festival of nature!
Suitable for the whole family, come and take part in explorative and creative activites, discover more about our wonderful wildlife, stroll through the park on one of our guided walks and find out about fossils and landscapes past.
Bringing together organisations from across the North York Moors National Park, we will introduce you to the incredible wild world on our doorstep and ignite a curiosity for citizen science through hands on exhibits and practical activities, demonstrating how simple and easy it can be to get involved and make a difference in the local area.

From moorland and marsh, to back gardens and beaches, the River Esk Catchment is a special place that plays host to a remarkable diversity of life on land and beneath the waves.
At REConnect we believe that everyone has the power and ability to help habitats and support the species that call North Yorkshire home.
Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, REConnect is a five-year initiative to reconnect communities with the River Esk and its surrounding landscapes, promoting conservation, climate awareness, and hands-on environmental engagement.
