With soaring mountain peaks, ancient forests, beautiful waterfalls and crystal clear lakes and streams, New Zealand’s South Island is truly such a magical adventure!
Along the journey we will have opportunities to drop in along our travels for meditation sessions, Breathwork sessions as well as yoga and share circles at the end of each day.
This retreat is delivered in an organised, yet layback style where the aim is to cultivate heartfelt connections and test yourself physically mentally emotionally and spiritually like never before.
You will also have everything taken care of for you including your transport, accommodation and meals. All you need to focus on is being completely present in the experience.
*Included in your investment is a Mini Bus Transport during the retreat. This includes pick up and drop off form Queenstown Airport.

DAY 2:
8.00am - Pick Up/Breakfast
9.30am - Hike Skyline Track (3km)
11.30am - Catch Gondola down
12.30pm - Lunch
1.30pm - Free Time

DAY 3:
*Those not doing o/n on Routeburn Track will stay overnight in Queenstown.
9.00am - Check Out/Breakfast (make lunch)
10.00am - Drive to Routeburn Shelter
12.00pm - Begin Routeburn Hike
Routeburn Shelter to Routeburn Falls Hut
Distance: 4 - 5 hours inc breaks, 9.8km
5.00pm - Arrive at Routeburn Falls Hut
7.00pm - Dinner/Share Circle
8.00pm - Bed
DAY 4:
6:30am: Breakfast
7.00am: Begin Hike to Lake Mackenzie
Distance: 4 - 5 hours inc breaks, 12km
12.00pm: Lunch at Lake Mackenzie
1.00pm: Hike to Divide Shelter
Distance: 4 - 5 hours inc breaks, 11.3km
6.00pm: Arrive at Divide Shelter/Dinner
6.30pm: Drive to Te Anau
7.30pm: Arrive in Te Anau/Check into Accom/Free Time
8:30pm: Bed Time
DAY 5:
6.30am - Leave for Milford Sound
8.30am - Breakfast/Make Lunch
9.30am - Milford Sound Cruise
11.30am - Lunch
12.30pm - Drive to Te Anau
2.30pm - Arrive back in Te Anau/Free Time
