For the very first time in its 600-year history, the spectacular Church of The Holy Rude Stirling opens its doors for a transformative, lie-down immersive mindfulness experience. Beneath the majestic medieval oak roof that once watched over historic Scottish monarchs, you are invited to release the weight of the day, lay down your physical effort, and surrender to radical self-love.
This hour-long sanctuary is a dedicated gift to your central nervous system. As you rest comfortably lying on your back, supported by cushions the ethereal, resonant soundscapes woven by Mavy will envelop the stone walls, creating a vibrant acoustic cocoon. Guiding you deeper into safety and presence, Karina will lead a gentle, heart-centered mindful meditation focused on deep breath and somatic body awareness.
No expectations, no effort required—just an hour of being profoundly held by history, sound, and stillness. Come as you are, and leave deeply restored.
Mats, blankets and pillows will be provided but should you choose to bring your own for additional comfort please feel welcome to do so.
Blue badge holders can park at the church , otherwise on street parking is available in nearby streets.
