Reclamation is a day designed for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves through practical tools, meaningful conversations and shared experiences.
Throughout the day you'll explore nervous system regulation, breathwork, self-awareness, boundaries, resilience and the patterns that shape the way you move through life. You'll leave with practical techniques that can be used long after the day is over, helping you respond to life's challenges with greater confidence, clarity and balance.
Together we'll weave education, guided meditation, breathwork, creativity, cacao and connection into a day that supports both personal growth and genuine rest. Everything is offered as an invitation, allowing you to participate in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you.
We'll also explore the qualities of the Divine Feminine. Not as something outside of yourself to find, but as a way of cultivating intuition, compassion, strength, healthy boundaries, creativity and self-trust in everyday life.
