Your mini day retreat experience includes a light lunch and refreshments to nourish your body throughout the day. Your day starts at 10am and finishes at 2pm

I encourage you to bring a journal and pen for reflective exercises, wear comfortable clothing and slip-on shoes suitable for movement and relaxation, and bring a blanket for your comfort during meditations and resting periods. Please also bring a reusable cup or bottle to minimize waste and care for the environment.
