Most couples don’t stop loving each other.They stop feeling each other.
Life fills up. Responsibilities take over. Conversations become logistical. Touch becomes routine-or disappears. You still care deeply, but something essential feels muted, distant, or just… missing.
You may find yourselves:
• Loving each other but feeling lonely
• Wanting closeness but not knowing how to reach for it
• Having the same arguments with no real repair
• Missing desire, playfulness, or emotional safety
• Wondering, “Is this just how it is now?”
This 6-week Reclaiming Intimacy Workshop is a gentle but powerful invitation to pause-and turn back toward each other.
Beginning March 1, 2026 in Calgary, this in-person couples series creates space to reconnect emotionally, physically, and relationally through practical, grounded tools that help intimacy come back online.
This workshop is about remembering how to choose each other again—with more presence, honesty, safety, and desire.
