OUR WORK WILL INCLUDE THESE ELEMENTS
☯ Core Cellular Healing
In this workshop, we integrate active living mystic invocations with ancient pre-Celtic healing traditions from Ireland, dating back 4,000 years. This includes healing transmissions, music, sound, and the practice of deep listening. This creates a beautiful, sacred, loving, and powerful energetic and telepathic process that heals, transmutes, clears, and releases old behaviour patterns, mindsets, conditioning, ancestral configurations, traumas, pain, blockages, emotional stress, stagnation, and limitations.
Your cellular memory, mind, and soul will be replenished with pure light, love, and high healing energies. As these transformative energies flow through you, they facilitate healing and release in a way that is uniquely and divinely suited to you.
Your inner wisdom, connected to the universal source, knows precisely what needs to be healed and released—whether it’s deep-seated conditioning, behavioural patterns, trauma, or physical ailments.

In our workshops, we integrate the timeless and powerful tradition of Celtic Sound Healing. This practice involves the use of ancient Celtic instruments, overtones, and melodies that resonate deeply with the human spirit and soul, invoking a profound sense of connection to our ancestral roots.
The healing frequencies of these sounds work synergistically with energy work, facilitating deeper states of meditation, emotional release, and spiritual awakening. Experience the soothing and transformative power of drums, chanting, rattles, and overtones.
In this workshop, we will focus on releasing emotional and ancestral blocks and traumas, guiding you to a place of presence, love, and sacredness with your authentic self.

We will create a safe, heart-centered space with the intention of supporting you in connecting with your true self. You’re encouraged to participate at your own comfort level; there is no need to do anything that doesn't resonate with you.
This process strips away external techniques and props, uncovering the fundamental truths shared by all spiritual and healing traditions. It reveals that we are not just connected to all beings; we are all beings. We embody nature itself, encompassing our ancestors, rivers, streams, and stones.

Micheál brings a heart-centered approach to his transformative workshops. He believes that by deeply connecting with ourselves and our higher power, we can build genuine, respectful, and sovereign connections with ourselves and with others.
An Irish native from Cork, Micheál is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness, with over 30 years of experience in health, healing, and personal development. As an experienced life coach, he has dedicated more than 20 years to studying and practicing Breathwork, Yoga, Traditional Healing, Health, and Spirituality. Micheál seamlessly integrates ancient wisdom from our ancestors with insights from the East, creating a unique and holistic approach to health and healing.
Micheál’s mission is to inspire, empower, and educate others on their wellness and healing journeys. He has completed extensive training, including Workshop Facilitation at the Kripalu Institute in the USA, Yoga and Ayurveda Training in India, Osho Therapy Training in Denmark, Core Cellular Transformation Healing with Mystic and Healer Ger Lyons, and The Artist’s Way with Julia Cameron.
