This very special program is being offered as an 8-week program on Monday nights from 6:30-8:30pm, January to March 2026.
Dates: January 5/12/19/26; Feb 2/9/23; March 2
Cost: $425.00 (non-refundable deposit $175, Remaining $250.00 due by January 1, 2026)

Reclaim the Temple is a program that I have curated based on my own personal practice that I use to support my own healing journey through myself, back to my authentic self. Who I was meant to be, without the nervous system interruptions that have resulted in repeated cycles, repeated lessons that continue to go unlearned, and repeated comfort in trauma-bonded relationships.
Reclaim the Temple is your first step in our Sacral Temple Therapy program. This program is intended for trauma survivors of any nervous system disruption during the 6month to 6 years old somatic development period. These disruptions that include:
* sexual abuse or molestation
* emotional abuse
* volatile situations
* neglect, coldness, rejection
* denial of a child's feeling states
* emotional manipulation
* enmeshment
* overuse of playpen or restricting movement
* physical abuse
* alcoholic family situations
* religious or moral severity
* generational trauma of unresolved issues
This beautiful program is being offered as an 8-week series, with a total of 16+ hours in the studio for somatic embodiment yoga, somatic EMDR, prompted journaling, chanting and breathwork, and so much more.
Shortly after receiving your registration, you may be contacted to schedule a Discovery Call, where you can ask any questions you may have particular to this program.
*Note: Reclaim the Temple is not meant to replace your mental health or trauma therapist, and is not intended for acute trauma.
Cancelation policy: $175.00 Deposit is non-refundable. Remainder $250.00 is due by January 1, 2026. Once the program has begun, there are no refunds should you be unable to continue. This program fills up quickly, at which point the registration closes.
