Join Callie Thursdays at 11am for Mom + Baby Strength Yoga. Where you will deepen the connection with yourself, with baby and learn the power of breath!After your baby is born, take time to move, stretch, tone and celebrate this new life. This class is filled with love, peace + fun. Show yourself some love with this class specifically designed for the body, mind, and soul of a Momma. You'll pay special attention to regaining your core strength, improving mobility and stability while at the same time allowing you a special time to be completely present with yourself and your baby. Your babe will love yoga too! Baby gets to experience loving touch and build neutral connections at the same time. You learn another way to connect deeply with your infant.
