Recipe for Restaurant Relief Fundraiser

Restaurants across Minnesota have been significantly impacted by the recent Operation Metro Surge. These are the neighborhood establishments that we love, they define our communities, employ our neighbors and fuel our local economy, many of which now face a long and uncertain recovery.

In response to this need, Salt Cure Fund was established by Stephanie March to provide direct financial relief to hospitality businesses. Through targeted grants, the Fund supports critical operational needs including rent or mortgage obligations, payroll, food costs, and other essential expenses required to keep doors open.

To support this mission, The Market at Malcolm Yards, O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co., and Surly Brewing Co. are coming together to host Recipe for Restaurant Relief on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Market at Malcolm Yards.

This event is designed to both celebrate and sustain our hospitality community. Guests will experience chef-driven tasting stations, whiskey tastings, craft cocktails, beer, and wine all included with admission, alongside a curated silent and live auction, live entertainment, and specialty activations.

Net proceeds from the event will be donated directly to the Salt Cure Fund, ensuring immediate and meaningful impact for operators in need.
