In-person class: Classic Handmade Pasta with Alfredo sauce (Minneapolis)

Get hands-on with fresh pasta!
Join us for a fun, interactive pasta-making class where you’ll learn to craft perfect pappardelle completely from scratch. From mixing and kneading dough to rolling and cutting long, silky ribbons using a pasta machine, your chef instructor will guide you step-by-step through each essential technique. Along the way, you’ll also participate in preparing a rich, velvety Alfredo sauce to pair beautifully with your freshly made pasta.

What You’ll Make:
You’ll create homemade pasta dough, roll and cut it into pappardelle, and help make a creamy Alfredo sauce to enjoy with your dish. This class offers a relaxed, hands-on experience designed to elevate your cooking skills while keeping things fun, approachable, and delicious.

Our classes are casual, welcoming, and beginner-friendly—ideal for both cooking enthusiasts who love being involved in every step and first-timers who prefer to observe or taste-test. Your workstation will be fully prepped, allowing you to focus on enjoying the experience.

You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing equipment and ingredients. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not allowed.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time.
