Kicking off the year right with our homies Taste Creators for The Artist Development Camp - a deep dive artist development bootcamp featuring activations across multiple rooms tailored to every aspect of an artist's journey. Each space will offer unique opportunities to learn, connect, and create. Here is what's in store:
Artist Pass the Aux

Step into the studio and share your music in a collaborative “pass the aux” session where artists can showcase their sound and receive live feedback from peers.

Producer Pass the Aux

This room, hosted by BeatStars, is dedicated to finding fresh talent in production. Connect with fellow producers and learn about placement opportunities, including how to get involved with the Taste Creators x BeatStars partnership.

Headshots with Wave

Drop by the Visual Lab for a professional headshot session with Wave to update your portfolio and add a polished touch to your press kit.

Marketing Consults with Jahvy

Jahvy will be offering “speed dating” style consultations. Get a quick evaluation of your brand and music strategy, enjoy a discount on digital products, and learn about additional Taste Creators services tailored for independent artists.

Panels and Open Discussions

The main room will be hosted by Queen Yaszy and Breezy of Taste Creators, where she will be leading discussions on the business essentials for artists. Key panels include:

• Paid in Full – A workshop focused on revenue streams in music, featuring Mike Trampe from BeatStars and Miami Golde from Sound Exchange.
• Don’t Get Screwed – A must-attend panel on contracts, with entertainment lawyer Jason Berger, plus Magi Camaj and Margaret Lee from the Camaj and Lee firm, to help artists understand how to protect themselves.
• From the Artist’s Perspective – A motivational conversation with Amir Ali and Lihtz, offering insight into the real challenges, triumphs, and resilience involved in an artist's career.

Vocal Coaching with Sunni

Sunni will be holding one-on-one vocal coaching sessions, helping artists refine their stage presence and vocal technique.

Dance Studio – Performance Videos with Philly Billboard

We will be shooting performance videos in the dance room, giving artists high-quality live footage to add to their media assets.

Podcast Lounge – Interviews with Philly Billboard

The podcast lounge will offer artists the chance to do quick interviews, allowing them to share their story and build their profile.
