Rebound & Rise was created to support women through life’s transitions, from maternity leave to redundancy, stepping into leadership or rebuilding confidence after a break. We provide spaces for connection, networking and growth.

After inspiring coffee mornings in London, Dubai, Denver, Indianapolis and Amsterdam, we’re excited to host our next first coffee morning of 2026 on Friday 6th February 2026 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira. These mornings bring together women from diverse careers, cultures and journeys to share experiences, build networks and grow together.

We also welcome and value male allies who want to connect and contribute. Our ethos is simple, to create inclusive, empowering spaces where every woman feels seen, supported and celebrated.
