Join me and the Band & Build Squad for a fun and energizing outdoor fitness class in the park, followed by dinner/snack meetup! This session is an upper body and lower body workout and also some core-strengthening abs training. Prepare to feel it all burn!! 🍑💪🏽🔥.

We will provide you Light, Medium, and Hard bands—pick the one that matches your vibe and let’s get going! Whether you're a gymrat, just starting out, or simply looking for a group of active and motivated people, this class is for you!
