If you’re living with PTSD, moral injury or navigating the transition from military or emergency service, struggling with loss of identity, relationship challenges, or the lasting impacts of service, this course is designed to support you and your family.
FREE for veterans, first responders, and their families thanks to the generous support of RSL Queensland.
With the support of At The Ark with have also have limited number of funded positions for DFV Survivors.
This three-day course takes a holistic, peer-led approach to trauma recovery, creating space for spiritual reflection, practical tools, hope, and healing.
