Welcome to the Rebetiko Orchestra Berlin,
your premier destination for authentic Greek folk music and Rebetiko in Berlin.
In our weekly orchestra meetings, we offer lessons as well as live concerts to recreate this world-recognized musical tradition.
Join us to experience the rich cultural heritage of Rebetiko,
through educational experiences and engaging performances.
Discover the soulful melodies and history of Greek folk music
with our passionate Rebetiko community.
Rebetiko Orchestra Berlin came together in March 2024.
It consists of professional and non-professional musicians who wish to deepen their knowledge and explore further the different aspects of the rebetiko genre under the expert guidance of Jannis Stergiou.
The lessons take place every Thursday evening from 19:00 to 21:00 at To Spiti, Morusstrasse 18A, 12053 in Neukölln.
Welcome are all instruments and voices.
