(Re)Ascending the Eight Limbs of Yoga - Indoor Only

Yoga is an integrated journey that is often experienced piecemeal when we only have time for one or other practice in our busy lives. For those new to yoga and yogis looking for a holistic practice, this workshop is an invitation to experience the full range of Yoga's 8 Limbs in a condensed 2-hour format.

Using Sri Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras as our guide we will explore yogic ethics to set intention before diving into breathwork, an all-levels movement practice, guided meditation + yoga nidra (yogic sleep), and end with a soothing sound bath!

There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
