Turn writing dreams into specific, achievable goals with fiction and non-fiction author, business and personal coach and creative writing lecturer Dr Rachel Knightley.
If you’re ready to create more time with your writing, and identify the places you and your writing want to go together, this is where to begin your strongest writing year yet.

Schedule and session content:

1. Endings and Beginnings What are the goals, and the realisations, motivating you right now? Where do you want your writing to be this time next year? Clarify the objectives and plot your way around the obstacles between you and your writing goals with tools, techniques and supportive discussion and feedback.
2. Your Creative Toolkit Creative writing skills involve a lot of ‘what if?’ But so does the creative confidence to make your writing life a reality. Turn what you dream of into what you set about creating, one specific step at a time, with coaching tools and creative challenges.
3. Your Writing Business Escape the habit of thinking in a rut, with a look at what’s lighting you up and what’s shutting you off creatively. Shine a light on the next steps in your creative career by focusing on what speaks to you about them, and the skills you’re already exploring now that make them right for you.
4. Committing to Creativity Tempting as it can be to throw away resolutions that don’t stick, true resilience and progress comes from stepping beyond binary success and failure into the reality between: what are the small changes that mean a slip can show itself not as permission to give up but permission to keep going?
