About this Event

Real Talk: Safe Dating for Women

Dating brings up a lot — excitement, hope, and sometimes a quiet unease we don't always know how to read. In this free 90 minute discussion, we're bringing together two perspectives to help you date with more clarity, confidence, and safety. Helaine Reiner, a relationship coach, will guide us through tuning into the body's intelligence — those gut and heart signals that often pick up on things our head talks us out of.

Then Chad Olms of ARX Security and Consulting will build on that foundation, walking us through the concrete red flags to watch for and practical ways to avoid dangerous situations.

Whether you're newly dating or getting back out there after time away, you'll leave with both the inner awareness and the outer know-how to date safely and trust yourself along the way.

You can find us in the conference room across from the first floor bathrooms in the Longmont Public Library.
