Our 200-Hour Modular Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation to live the teachings—not simply study them. This program was created for students who want depth without overwhelm, structure without rigidity, and a training that honors real life. Rather than compressing everything into an intensive, we offer a module-based format that allows participants to engage deeply with each area of study while integrating the material over time.
The training is grounded in hatha and yin yoga, weaving together classical philosophy, functional anatomy, subtle body wisdom, and contemplative practice. Teachings are translated into clear, accessible language that supports embodiment, self-reflection, and practical application—on and off the mat.
Modular Structure
Students may enroll in individual modules or complete all four to earn a full 200-hour certification:
Anatomy – Functional anatomy, biomechanics, and applied movement, including a cadaver lab for experiential learning
July 11-July 19
Philosophy – Yoga philosophy explored through inquiry, ethics, and contemporary relevance
August 1-9
Subtle Body – Energetics, koshas, breath, meditation, and inner awareness
Aug 22-30
Teaching Practicum – Sequencing, cueing, hands-on assists, voice, presence, and teaching methodology
Who This Training Is For
Aspiring teachers seeking a spacious, thoughtful entry into teaching
Certified teachers wanting to deepen their knowledge without repeating material they already know
Dedicated practitioners drawn to a wisdom-based, non-performative approach to yoga
The program blends:
In-person lectures and practices
Embodied labs and experiential exercises
Group dialogue and reflection
Independent study and integration time
Classes meet Wednesday evenings and weekend intensives, allowing participants to maintain work, family, and personal commitments while fully engaging in the process.
This training is not about rushing toward certification—it’s about cultivating clarity, confidence, and integrity as a practitioner and teacher. Whether you complete one module or all four, you will leave with tools that meaningfully support your practice, your teaching, and your relationship to yoga as a lifelong path.
