We’ll unpack the science behind key mood‑boosting chemicals and show how simple wellbeing strategies, health checks, and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training can support both individual performance and team success. Expect an interactive session throughout; this is not your typical sit‑back-and-listen workshop.
