Join us for "Ready to Exhale," a rejuvenating event aimed at community healing, centering, and open dialogue about issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community.

- 30-minute guided breathing sessions to promote relaxation and mindfulness
- A community panel with Mental Health Advocates & Professionals providing insights and addressing concerns
- Energy-building activities to uplift and empower
- Light refreshments to nourish the body
- Opportunities to mix and mingle with like-minded individuals
- A drum circle to foster connection and release tension
"Ready to Exhale" is all about creating a safe space for healing and letting go. This event is FREE and open to all members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies. Join us as we make healing accessible and come together to support one another on our journeys.
