To celebrate the completion of our first Bristol Career Accelerator Programme, Well Grounded is throwing down the ultimate challenge: a Ready, Steady, Cook style drinks competition.
Watch as Well Grounded trainees and baristas from the wider Bristol coffee community go head-to-head. They’ll be racing the clock to craft the ultimate creative drink and take home the crown. 👑
We are super excited to be teaming up with some amazing partners to bring this competition to life, including Oatly, Beyond The Bean, and Dareshack!

Grab your best barista buddy and sign up in pairs to join the competition for a chance to win some incredible prizes!
You will compete in up to 3 rounds (Matcha, Oatly Cold Foam and Coffee Showstopper) by making creative cafe-style drinks. No prep is needed. All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Just bring your imagination!
We are limited to 8 pairs which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so get your competitor ticket ASAP and we will send more info to you directly. If you have questions about the competition, contact [email protected].
