If your child is starting school soon, this gentle 5-day Therapeutic Play Group helps them feel safe, calm, and ready for their new adventure. Each 30-minute session uses fun, play-based activities that support confidence, emotional readiness, and parent–child connection.Who This Is For
This program is ideal for children aged 4–6 who:
• Worry about new routines or new places
• Find separation challenging
• Were born during COVID and need extra support
• Benefit from gentle, connection-based preparation
Parents attend with their child—this shared practice helps little bodies feel steady and supported.
What We Do
• Play and movement
• Music and simple breath work
• Confidence-building games
• Tools for calming the body and brain
• Activities that strengthen connection
All activities are grounded in child development and attachment-based support.
Program Details
• Group size: 4 children + parents
• Session length: 30 minutes per day
• Time: 10:00–10:30am
• Location: Suite 3/122 Katoomba Street, Katoomba
• NDIS self-managed and plan-managed funding welcome
• NSW Active Kids vouchers accepted
