Reading Friends for ESOL Learners @ Rugby Library

Our friendly and relaxed Reading Friends group at Rugby Library is for anyone who is learning English as a second language.
About this Event

If you are learning English as a second language and enjoy reading, then why not join our Reading Friends group for ESOL learners at Rugby Library? The group meets on the first Friday of the month at 1:30pm.

We discuss books that we enjoy reading - whether in our own language or in English. Every month each participant can choose one or more books to read (whether it be a Penguin Readers book, a children's book, a cookbook or any book of your choosing!) and can share it with the group the following month. This is a very relaxed group and all ESOL learners are welcome to come along and listen or just practice their English by chatting with others.

No need to book, just drop in! Free refreshments will be provided.
