I’m thrilled to share the journey of launching the Menopause Café, a dedicated, safe space where women can come together, share experiences, and support one another through the challenges of menopause. With growing interest and visibility, including a recent feature by the BBC, it’s clear that spaces like these are not only needed but are essential for fostering open conversations around women’s health.

As a leader committed to empowering women, I believe in the power of community and the importance of breaking down stigmas. Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, we open the doors of the Menopause Café at Reading Central Library, inviting women to connect, learn, and uplift each other.
