January: The Bao Family Cookbook by Céline Chung
February & beyond: TBD
· Each month, we will display the chosen cookbook at the Lancaster City Branch circulation desk
· Register by adding your name and chosen recipe to the signup sheet (also located at the circulation desk)
· A staff member will make one (1) free photocopy of your chosen recipe, or you can take a picture.
· Prepare the recipe for the Cookbook Club potluck style meeting & discussion
Participants should follow all food safety precautions when preparing their dish, and all allergens should be clearly stated.
