About this Event
Open to the whole community! You are invited to our AGM where we will be reviewing the work REACH has done over the last year and electing a new Board of Directors.
Following the meeting, we will host a Community Partnership Spotlights session. See how REACH works with community partners to bring health information, practical support and pathways to care into the places people already gather.
Through stories from our Ph*rm*cy, Basics for Health and community health programs, we will celebrate how care is shaped with our community and reaches far beyond our walls.
