Situational Awareness is the ability to recognize, understand, and respond effectively to information, people, and events occurring around us. In today’s fast-paced and safety-focused Canadian workplaces, strong situational awareness helps employees anticipate risks, improve decision-making, strengthen communication, and respond proactively to changing situations.

This practical and engaging training program equips participants with the skills to observe accurately, identify potential hazards or behavioural concerns, manage distractions, improve judgment, and make effective decisions under pressure.
