A hat rarely wears out. It loses its shape, gathers what the season leaves behind, and is quietly ruined by habits nobody warned us about.
This is one hour at the bench in our Gastown atelier, with milliner Jenna — the same brushes, the same steam, the same movements we use on hats that arrive here after decades.
