About this Event

Get a behind-the-scenes look into the journey of The Bigger Picture project. Join us for a conversation that explores the project execution and insights gained along the way. The conversation will range from AI imagery and the arts to the diverse perspectives that have shaped this reimagined view of artificial intelligence.

For ‘The Bigger Picture’, artists responded to the theme “AI is Everywhere” with creative submissions. The selected works bring the theme to life, offering a fresh view of AI's role in today's world. Through Science Week exhibitions in Cork and Dublin, The Bigger Picture is highlighting the potential of AI while also addressing the ethical and societal questions it raises. This new collection showcases images that reflect the true presence of AI in our daily lives, moving beyond robots to reveal how AI quietly, but powerfully, shapes our world.

Join the discussion at Beta Festival this Science Week where a panel of speakers will explore approaches to bridging the gap between technology and society, encouraging dialogue and inspiring new ways of thinking about AI through art.

Join us from 17.30 at The Ethics Studio for refreshments. Talk from 18.00.
