Ray of Hope – Suicide Loss Support Group

Grief after suicide can feel isolating, complicated, and hard to explain to others.
Ray of Hope is a monthly gathering for those who have experienced the loss of someone to suicide. This group is a space to be real about the weight of grief, the questions, the emotions, and everything in between.
There’s no expectation to share. No pressure to “be okay.” Just a room of people who understand this kind of loss.
🗓 When: 2nd Thursday of each month
🕡 Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Where: 6627 N 2nd Street, Loves Park, IL 61111
Whether you come to talk, listen, or simply sit quietly, you are welcome.
Hope doesn’t erase grief, but it can exist alongside it. We invite you to join us.
