Grief after suicide can feel isolating, complicated, and hard to explain to others.Ray of Hope is a monthly gathering for those who have experienced the loss of someone to suicide. This group is a space to be real about the weight of grief, the questions, the emotions, and everything in between.
There’s no expectation to share. No pressure to “be okay.” Just a room of people who understand this kind of loss.
