Bump Each Other Up: Sand Volleyball Tournament

We all have mental health. While not everyone will experience a mental illness, every single one of us has mental health worth caring for. That's why we're inviting you to join us for a day of fun, connection, and purpose at NAMI Northern Illinois' Sand Volleyball Tournament!

Whether you're a seasoned volleyball player or just in it for the laughs, this event is about so much more than winning games. Every dollar raised helps NAMI Northern Illinois provide free support, education, advocacy, and hope to individuals and families affected by mental illness across four counties.

So grab your friends, family, coworkers, or anyone who loves a little friendly competition! Exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress and boost your mood, so why not do it while making a difference?

Here's what you can expect:

• Teams of up to 10 players
• At least 2 women on the court at all times
• Double-elimination tournament
• Lunch included with registration
• 🏆 Prize for Best Team Costume
• 🏐 Prize for the Last Team Standing
